Are the sizes correct/ true to size?
-Yes, and most products have a sizing chart or note disclaimers posted pertaining to size. Please check the charts/ disclaimer’s before checkout. -
How long is your processing/shipping time?
-After your order is placed, processing time is 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends & holidays. To ensure you get your order accurately and quickly we try to ship out the next day from the date your order was placed. -
Does Covid-19 affect my shipping time?
- Due to Covid-19 & natural disasters, shipping time is estimated at 5 to 7 business days excluding weekends. This time may also vary around holidays. We ask that you please allow a few extra days after normal shipping estimate time. -
Do you ship worldwide?
- Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer worldwide shipping. BeauTise’ Boutique ships to all 50 states in the USA. -
Can I change or cancel my order?
- BeauTise’ Boutique processes orders within 1 to 3 business days. You are able to modify or cancel within that timeframe, but if your order has already been shipped we will be unable to cancel/modify your order. -
How do I track my package?
- After your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information from the postal carrier. Use the tracking number provided for more detailed information about your order. -
What if my package was lost or stolen?
-BeauTise’ Boutique is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders while in transit. If your package is lost or stolen contact the postal carrier/service for more information. -
